I never thought it would happen, but with my obsessive list making, having a calendar for everything, and thinking about food all the time: meal prep was my inevitable reality. Here are a few ideas you can use, and yes, they are “shared” meal prep ideas.
What we usually do is make 2 different meals and have 2-3 lunches out of those meals. Having 2 different lunches to choose from through the week really makes a difference so that you don’t get sick of whatever you’re having. Plus, if you meal prep for 4 out of the 5 meals it leaves a free day – either getting something you’re craving, or eat dinner leftovers that need to be eaten before the end of the week.
