This is a great recipe that’s quick and something that you can have as a side for almost any meal. I don’t really have any specific measurements since it depends on how much you want to make and how big your skillet is. I usually use a 12 inch skillet.

Sauteed Kale with Garlic and Lemon Juice
Once you've made this you won't forget it. Great to add to any meal.
- 1 big bunch of kale
- 2-4 cloves garlic, minced
- Lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper
- Add enough water to cover the bottom of skillet. Heat on medium heat. Once water starts steaming add in a few handfuls of kale to fill the skillet. I would use only the leaves, not the stems. Tear the leaves in bug chunks into the skillet.
- Steam until kale starts to wilt. Add in the minced garlic. Stir around. If the bottom starts to get dry you can add a little more water if needed. It’s okay if most of the skillet is dry, just don’t burn the kale or garlic. Should take about 5-10 minutes depending on the amount of kale you have. Add fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper, and serve!
