Nut Parmesan

  • Servings: Makes 1/2 cup

This is something you can store in your pantry for a few weeks to have on hand to add to salads, pasta, etc.

Adapted from: Minimalist Baker


  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 c slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper, optional


  1. Pulse all ingredients together in blender or food processor.
  2. Store in an air tight container. Should stay for a few weeks in the pantry. Something to always keep on hand!
