Black Bean Salad

I love black beans. Almost as much as chickpeas…almost. This is just a quick black bean salad you can make as a side, appetizer, make for lunch, whatever you want it to be. Great for hot days.

Black Bean Salad

  • Servings: 4-6 Sides
  • Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • OR 1 1/2 c cooked
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2 c cilantro
  • S & P

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients, add S & P to taste, and enjoy!
