Avocado Cream

  • Servings: Makes about 2 Cups

This goes on top of my Shrimp / Hearts of Palm Tacos, but it can be a topping or dressing to any salad or side. It's so creamy without using any oil!


  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/4 c cashews, soaked about 20 minutes
  • 1 tsp ACV (apple cider vinegar)
  • – 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/4 c water (more if needed)
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. May need to add a little more water.
